Comment to DM automation

Comment a keyword, get a public reply and a DM asking for an email, answer it, get a link. Every action here is signed and sent to the real webhook endpoint, runs through the Postgres job queue against a mock Instagram adapter, and is read back from the database.

      Under the hood

      Same event id, three parallel requests. A unique key stores it once; two get a duplicate ack.

      Transient errors. The send retries with backoff under one idempotency key, so it lands once.

      A permanent error is not retried. The run fails and the person's next queued run starts.

      One live conversation per person: the second run waits in a queue instead of interleaving DMs.
